The Montgomery County Food Council will be hosting a virtual Food Sovereignty Panel Discussion taking place on Friday, April 30th from 10-11:30am. This discussion will focus on outlining the principles of food sovereignty, identifying systemic racial inequities in our local food system, and the initial steps that can be taken to elevate community voices and perspectives, and center social justice in our work.
