Food & beverage entrepreneurs will learn to explore who their target customer person is, and why it’s so important to define a target group. Entrepreneurs will imagine that they are speaking directly to that person and begin asking questions like ‘Who is that person?’ ‘Why is this person more likely to buy my product than someone else?’ ‘Where can you find that person?’
