Choice Pantry: You get to pick the food you need, rather than getting a pre-packed box.
Medically Tailored Meals: Special meals designed for people with health conditions, like diabetes or heart disease, to help them manage their illness.
Delivered Meals: Food brought right to your door, often for seniors or people with disabilities who can’t easily get to a food pantry.
Appointment Required: You need to schedule a time to get food assistance.
Documentation Required: You’ll have to show proof of who you are or where you live to get help.
Income Required: You’ll need to show that your income is below a certain level to qualify for assistance.
Other Services Offered: Help with services beyond food, such as diapers, baby formula, clothing, household items, and more.
