Food Systems Advocacy Community Calls are held monthly, typically in the 4th week of the month. These virtual partner convenings will highlight current county, state, and federal policy issues and advocacy opportunities, build knowledge on legislative processes at all levels of government, and facilitate connections between elected officials and community members.

Our May Food System Advocacy Community Call is taking place on Wednesday, May 22nd at 1pm and will focus on the Maryland General Assembly Session. We will be joined by an elected official and representatives of Maryland Hunger Solutions to talk more about the 2024 Session and its impact on the Food System. Register for the meeting here.
