Looking to collaborate with another local food business on a product? Want to purchase locally made goods for your retail location? Hoping to build your customer base? The Montgomery County Food Council and FRESHFARM will be hosting a Virtual Matchmaking Event on Monday, March 29th from 9-10:30am to facilitate new relationships amongst local producers, specifically for selling and sourcing produce and developing collaborative products.
Building hyperlocal connections for sales, purchasing, and product development is a necessary strategy for our region to overcome supply chain challenges and expand consumer awareness of local food producers. Collaborating with fellow local businesses can help you gain access to a broader audience and increase sales with low effort.
This event will include breakout rooms and opportunities for one-on-one discussions, and groupings/matches will be based on each business’ responses to the registration form. Interested businesses should complete this form no later than Monday, March 22nd to secure a spot at the event. A Zoom link will be shared with registrants in advance of the event.
Please note: This event is exclusively intended for licensed MoCo Made businesses, FRESHFARM market vendors, and local food retailers. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.
